John is very creative and detail oriented so there is absolutely nothing we would change! He incorporated all my suggestions and needs leaving my husband and I with a closet that fit all our clothing that were previously hung in 3 separate closets in our former home. The process from design to completion was easy and the installers were very friendly, professional and experienced. We had our garage finished three years ago. Recently, we had a small patch of flake come up on a piece of Gorilla Tape that was put down to hold down a mat. We called Debbie and she sent the team by when they were in the neighborhood. They patched the problem in short order and covered it under our warrantee. What fantastic service and standing behind their product!
